FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL COUNSEL
With over 15 years of experience in commercial and corporate law, Shruti Manglik brings the rigour of big-firm practice and the warmth of a trusted advisor to every client relationship.

She began her legal career at one of India’s top-tier firms, where she advised on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, development agreements, real estate disputes, and high-value commercial contracts. Over the years, her client base has included startups, family businesses, HNIs, and cross-border entities, giving her a sharp understanding of the legal nuances behind growth, scale, and sustainability.
